This is the damage image I used within my destruction video to create a destruction within the scene. I thought it would be interesting to learn how to track a video that I have taken and add a destruction that looks 3d in the space it has. I found this really fun to do but it was also really hard. Tracking a scene perfectly is odd to do because it is actually quite hard to have a scene where using the tracking mode in after effects works properly. Even though the tracking didn't figure out its space within the scene I've still managed to add the destruction over the building and it stays attached to the building successfully.

Alternatives

After looking at the last video I did where I wanted to express the emotion through colours, I then decided to make an opposite just so I could see the contrast between the two videos. I wanted to see what emotions could be expressed through the change in colours within a single video. I wanted to experiment with the reason why people perceive things different when they have been altered differently. This allows me to understand what colours mean to people and when used together can create a whole different emotion.
